STEP 3
Have an Initial Telephone Conversation with our Managing Director.
Before we can begin the process of putting together a customised vacation package for you , it will be essential that you have an initial telephone conversation with our Director.
When we receive your call-request, we will arrange to have our Director call you back at an agreed-upon time, and he will be prepared to spend as much time with you as is necessary to answer all of your questions and discuss your hopes and dreams for your Bali vacation.
STEP 4
Have BALI SOJURNER prepare an Itinerary for your Bali Vacation
(no later than 90 days prior to the proposed start-date of your trip).
If, after speaking with our Director, you think you’re ready to commit to travelling with BALI SOJOURNER, then contact us again and request that we prepare an Itinerary for your proposed Bali Trip.
Our Team will immediately put together a Customised Trip Itinerary and Price Quote based on your personal desires.
This process may require some back-and-forth communication. If you’re not entirely satisfied with our first draft of your Itinerary, we’ll be prepared to make amendments to the Itinerary . . . and we’ll continue to make amendments until we’ve arrived at the “perfect” Itinerary for you.
STEP 5

Most importantly, we’ll arrange and pay for your 30-Day Indonesian Visa(s) and send it/them to you via email.

HERE ARE THE FAST FACTS :

The official currency of Indonesia is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
-
Credit Cards and Debit Cards are accepted at most establishments, but cash is still the only method of payment accepted by many smaller vendors.
-
DO NOT BRING TRAVELLER'S CHEQUES TO BALI.
We’ve NEVER found a place that honours them!
-
There are ATMs and Money Changers everywhere in Bali.
As a precaution, we recommend that you carry two ATM Cards and one or two Credit Cards as a backup.
The good news is . . . BALI SOJOURNER trips are all-inclusive, so you won’t need to give much thought to “money” during your journey,
And you should allocate a little extra for unforeseen expenses such as excess baggage charges or unplanned personal expenditures.
But other than that, we've got you covered!
-
BALI SOJOURNER TRIP PACKAGES ARE ALL-INCLUSIVE.
We take great pains to ensure that you are rarely in need of personal funds.

Yes you may. Before issuing each invoice for your trip, we'll ask you which currency you would like to use to make your payment. Then, we'll convert our Rupiah amount to your currency-of-choice, based on the exchange rate being offered by our bank in Bali on the day the invoice is issued.
All Rupiah rates shown on our website are accompanied by approximate equivalent-amounts in Euro and US Dollars. These approximations are a good indication of what you can expect to pay.
We appreciate the trust you place in BALI SOJOURNER when you share personal information with us, and we will always respect your privacy.
Personal information that you give us via telephone, email or other direct contact will be used only for purposes associated with the operation of your trip.
We will disclose your personal information to our service providers or other suppliers only as necessary to successfully carry out your trip. Otherwise, your personal information will never be made available to any third party outside of BALI SOJOURNER.
Thank you for your interest in BALI SOJOURNER.
We're a not-so-small bunch of people who are, quite simply, passionate about Bali. Through the years, we've shared this passion with hundreds of foreign visitors who, today, we count among our dearest friends.
We hope you'll allow us the opportunity to introduce you to the rich artistic and cultural heritage of this land we so love. We promise to return you home with new friends and memories that will last a lifetime.
OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
All services delivered to you will be provided by PT RANUKI INSAN GEMILANG doing business as BALI SOJOURNER (hereinafter referred to as 'BALI SOJOURNER'). The services to be provided are those referred to in your BALI SOJOURNER Trip Confirmation.
By booking a trip with us, you are deemed to have agreed to the following booking conditions (which constitute the entire agreement between you and us) and your trip booking will be accepted by us on this basis.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT SEQUENCE
(a)
90 days prior to your proposed Trip Start-Date, you must confirm, verbally or in writing, that you intend to travel with BALI SOJOURNER;
(b)
Upon receiving your confirmation that you intend to travel with BALI SOJOURNER, we will prepare a detailed Trip Itinerary with Trip Fee for your approval. At that point, you may make changes or decline your booking;
(c)
If and when we come to a final agreement on your Trip Itinerary and Trip Fee, we will invoice you (via email) for a Trip Deposit equal to 50% of the Total Trip Fee;
(d)
Your Trip Deposit (50% of the Total Trip Fee) must be received no later than 60 days prior to your Trip Start-Date. Upon receipt of your Trip Deposit, your Trip will be secured, and a contract shall exist between you and BALI SOJOURNER;
(e)
The remaining balance of your Trip Fee (50%) must be received no later than 30 days prior to your Trip Start-Date.
All Trip Payments are non-refundable.
2. CURRENCY AND EXCHANGES RATES
BALI SOJOURNER’s Trip Fees are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Before any Trip Invoices are issued, you will be asked to specify the currency in which you wish to be invoiced.
You will be invoiced in your desired currency, based on the exchange rate (between the IDR and your currency-of-choice) being offered by BALI SOJOURNER’s bank in Bali, Indonesia on the day a given Invoice is issued.
3. TRIP CANCELLATION BY YOU, THE TRAVELLER
Within our industry, travellers typically pay their entire Trip Fee two to three months in advance. Travellers are usually eligible for a 50% refund on trips which are cancelled more than 30 days in advance, and are not eligible for any refund on trips which are cancelled less than 30 days in advance.
At BALI SOJOURNER, we operate on a different model.
You pay only 50% of your Trip Fee two months in advance. The remaining balance (50%) of your Trip Fee is not due until 30 days prior to your trip start-date.
Under our model, your Deposit and Final Payment are both non-refundable, but you pay no monies until it is absolutely necessary. We feel that this is a more "positive" approach, as it eliminates any negativity which might result from you having paid your full Trip Fee two or three months in advance and then needing to pursue a refund later. We hope you agree.
4. CANCELLATION BY US
If, for any reason, we must cancel a trip which you have booked, we will immediately inform you of the cancellation and promptly refund, without delay, any fees which have been paid by you for the given trip.
Should you decide to rebook your BALI SOJOURNER trip on an alternate date, you may request that monies paid for the cancelled trip be applied to the alternate trip (rather than be refunded to you) and we will happily oblige.
(Please note that, to-date, BALI SOJOURNER has NEVER cancelled the trip of a traveller after a payment has been received.)
5. BOOKING AMENDMENTS
We recognise that life is filled with unexpected turns and we try to remain flexible at all times.
If you need to change your trip dates or transfer your entire booking to a third party or make any other changes to your booking, we will make every effort to accommodate your request(s) as painlessly and as economically as possible.
For changes made at least 60 days prior to your trip start-date, there will be no additional charges whatsoever.
Sadly, however, if you make changes less than 60 days prior to your trip (after your initial Deposit has been received), we may need to charge you for non-recoverable expenses and/or penalties levied by villa operators and/or other service providers in connection with your trip. However, we will only charge you for 'real expenses.' BALI SOJOURNER will NOT apply any additional surcharges for changes.
Except under extenuating circumstances, no amendments are permitted to your booking within ten days of your trip start-date.
6. INCLUSIONS
BALI SOJOURNER TRIP PACKAGES ARE ALL-INCLUSIVE.
We take great pains to ensure that you are rarely in need of personal funds.
